We process for facilities the coverage under the Multi-Sector Industrial General Permit and Construction General Permit by submitting a completed application form for Notice of Intent (NOI) To meet the eligibility requirements of the permit is necessary to develop a stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and installs and implements control measures (BMP). We designed The SWP3 is a plan that we elaborate for your facility that methodically evaluates potential pollutant sources and describes specific Best Management Practices (BMP's) that your facility will implement to minimize and control pollutants that may be discharged in storm water runoff. Basic Requirements of SWPPP
We process the No Exposure Certification (NEC) if in your facility all industrial materials or activities are located indoors or protected by a storm resistant shelter to prevent exposure to rain, snow, snow melt and/or runoff.
- Site Description with a map
- Sediment, erosion and polluted water description controls used on-site, including structural practices and stabilization
- Descriptions of the BMPs to control stormwater runoff after completion of a construction site activity or long term maintenance plan.
Permit holders are required to develop, implement and enforce a stormwater management program to:

Decreasing the discharge of pollutants and increasing extent practicable (MEP).

Water quality protection.

Complete satisfaction of appropriate water quality requirements of the Clean Water Act.

Submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) including BMPs to be used,frequency of actions, measurable goals and responsible people.
